Replacement is defined as the action or process of replacing a product in place of another with a respective warranty/ guarantee of the particular product. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he/ she is not happy with the item, the reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, the wrong item shipped.
Warranty: promising to repair it within a specified period.
Guarantee: promising to replace the whole product within a specified period.
Following products shall not be eligible for replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of the product.
- Any consumable item which has been used/ sealed opened.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.

Pick-Up and Processing
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Undamaged Product | The product as well as packaging/ box must not be damaged. |
Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth replacement process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, accessories, etc.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
Products purchased on LikenDeals.in are eligible for return or replacement if they meet the following criteria:
- The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
- The return request is made within **7 to 15 days** from the delivery date (as per product category).
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Products

Return & Replacement Process
Once your return or replacement request is approved, here’s how it works:
- **Pickup Service:** Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your location.

- **Replacement/Refund:**
- If eligible for a replacement, a new item will be sent to you at no extra cost.
