General Terms: 

Welcome to Likendeals

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES THROUGH A PARTICULAR ACCOUNT AND IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LIKENDEALS PRIVATE LIMITED. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

As used in this Agreement, "we," "us," and "Likendeals" means the Likendeals company named in the applicable Service Terms. If there is any conflict between these General Terms and the applicable Service Terms and Program Policies, the General Terms will govern and the applicable Service Terms will prevail over the Program Policies.

Registration

Membership on the platform is free for buyers. You can register to likendeals using Mobile Number or Email-ID. Further, filling up the personal information, bank details, etc for communication and purchase payments respectively. Communications When you use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by other modes of communication, electronic otherwise.

Charges

Membership on the platform is free for buyers. Likendeals does not charge any fee for browsing on the Platform. Customers are only liable to pay the purchase amount including taxes. Payments Before shipping / delivering your order to you, you are requested to provide supporting documents to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our users. All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Contents Posted on Platform The user shall not write or send any content to Likendeals that is detracting, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material in our forums or our user feedback sections. Otherwise, Legal action will be taken against you.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is defined as the action or process of replacing a product in place of another with respective warranty/ guarantee of the particular product. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he/ she is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped. Warranty: promising to repair it within a specified period of time. Guarantee: promising to replace the whole product within a specified period of time. Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: Damages due to misuse of product. Any consumable item which has been used/ seal opened. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
